How often do I have to visit you in-person?

At the start of your program, you’ll meet with us weekly and adjust the frequency depending on the amount of support you’d like to receive. We also offer virtual visits so you can meet with anywhere you’d like.

After your program, you can visit us for follow-ups every 3 months, 6 months, or once a year.
Why does the program include meal replacement shakes?

The shakes we use are clinically shown to promote an optimal metabolism for weight loss, and they make your program more convenient to follow.

You’ll drink them temporarily, until you transition to your long-term eating plan.

Compared to food, shakes are the best way to ensure you get complete nutrition and right amount of calories, protein, and nutrients. It also helps reduce hunger levels.

Without shakes, you may not get enough nutrition to maintain your lean body mass as you lose weight.

Does the program include surgery?
